Low-temperature electroless nickel plating chemical for the realization of carbon neutrality
TOP NICORON MSH-LF
In October 2020, Japan declared itself "Carbon Neutral by 2050" and set a goal of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 46% from 2013 levels by 2030. Currently, about 40% of Japan's carbon dioxide emissions come from the industrial sector. Of these industrial emissions, about 90% come from manufacturing industries, including steel, chemicals, and machine-manufacturing.
In order to contribute to the realization of carbon neutrality and the protection of the global environment, we have developed a new electroless nickel plating chemical that can be used at a low temperature in order to contribute to the realization of carbon neutrality and the protection of the global environment.
Product features, specifications
Electroless nickel plating provides uniform film thickness. However, the high temperature of the plating solution (approximately 90°C) has been a problem. For this reason, we have developed a new electroless nickel plating solution, TOPNICORON MSH-LF.
This solution can be used at low temperatures (70°C).
In addition, TOP NICORON EC-LF, which can be used with low nickel concentration, and TOP NICORON LLM-LF, which can be used continuously for a long period of time, are also available as environmentally friendly electroless nickel plating solutions.
